That's her above, on the cover of Vampire Weekend's sophomore record Contra. She's suing the band for $2 million. A photo release form was signed, though Kristen claims the signature is not hers.
Fucking hilarious. The thing about these types of lawsuits is, even though the 'wronged' parties know full fucking well, and ahead of time, that an album/book/movie/TV show containing or based on content that is supposedly 'theirs' is about to come out, they wait until the media is released, and is successful, and makes a bunch of money, before they say ANYTHING.
It's bullshit, plain and simple. So transparently an attempt to grab a piece of the money someone else is making. Anyway, I'm sure Vampy Weekend (or their lawyer) can handle it.
Congratulations, Kristen, you're making the kid who was the baby on the cover of Nevermind look good.
