The new Spider-Man flick starring Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker is called...The Amazing Spider-Man. This was the logical choice. They weren't going to call this Spider-Man 4, as it's a reboot, not a continuation of the three Tobey Maguire flicks.
The comic books have had a lot of different titles over the years, often using adjectives to describe the character, such as Spectacular and Amazing.
And that's Spidey in costume up above. Looks sleek. I like it.
